PASADENA TOURNAMENT OF ROSES ANNOUNCES 2020 HONORED GUESTS

The Pasadena Tournament of Roses® is proud to announce the addition of Honored Guests for the 131st Rose Parade® presented by Honda. On January 1, 2020, Jaime Jarrín, Sonia Manzano and Ellen Ochoa – who further exemplify the theme of the 2020 Rose Parade, “The Power of Hope” – will ride together down Colorado Blvd. in a 1915 Pierce Arrow Model 48 made in Buffalo New York.

TOURNAMENT OF ROSES ANNOUNCES 2020 FLOAT JUDGES

The Pasadena Tournament of Roses has selected Hitomi Gilliam AIFD, Phil Hettema and Lilit Khatchaturian as judges for the 2020 Float Awards sponsored by FTD. Each year, three judges select winners based on various criteria ranging from creative design and thematic interpretation to floral craftsmanship and artistic merit, to computerized animation and thematic interpretation. The Sweepstakes Trophy is presented to the most beautiful float entry encompassing float design, floral presentation and entertainment.

20 MARCHING BANDS SELECTED TO JOIN 2020 ROSE PARADE®

PASADENA, Calif. (March 6, 2019) – The Pasadena Tournament of Roses® has selected 20 of the marching bands that will participate in the 131st Rose Parade presented by Honda, themed “The Power of Hope.” The bands will travel to Pasadena from across the United States and around the world, including Costa Rica, Denmark, El Salvador, Japan, and Mexico.

FREE PUBLIC TOURS OF TOURNAMENT HOUSE FOR 2019 BEGIN TODAY

PASADENA, Calif. (Feb. 7, 2019) – Our doors are open, and you’re invited! Guided tours inside Tournament House, the iconic Southern California landmark, open to the public. Tours will be offered, at no cost, every Thursday at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. beginning today, February 7.
